This is the extraordinary story of Albert Einstein and his decades-long battle to prove his Theory of General Relativity amid the violence of war and his tumultuous personal life. 　　For centuries, Isaac Newton s Law of Gravity stood untouched. But in 1915, Einstein attacked Newton with a mind-boggling theory: Gravity is not pulling you down ... instead, massive bodies like the Sun and the Earth are bending space and time around you, pushing you down. During a total solar eclipse, he predicted, that warp in space-time should reveal itself. Fiercely competitive astronomers raced each other to exotic locations to see if Einstein was right... or wrong. Hardships, weather, and war foiled their expeditions again and again. 台湾原创影集《爱的广义相对论》耗时两年筹备与拍摄，以邓丽君三首经典歌曲「恰似你的温柔」、「我只在乎你」、「月亮代表我的心」分别串联三部原创系列作品《最后一战》、《回圈》、《明晚空中见》，题材包含亲情、爱情、科幻与悬疑等故事内容，开创戏剧题材与影像制作的多元性。首部曲《最后一战》由庄凯勋、刘品言、古斌主演，以「恰似你的温柔」为主题曲，描述两个失意的灵魂：一位拳击手与酒店小姐，因巧妙的缘分相遇，决定相互扶持、努力为生活打拼，原本看似走向幸福之路的他们，却也为所爱展开了一场危及性命的奋战故事。第二部曲《回圈》由谢欣颖、林哲熹、李铭忠演出，时空背景设定在2036年，讲述一个记忆银行的创办人与骇客之间的爱恨纠葛。以经典歌曲「我只在乎你」作对应，结合科幻元素，描述相爱的两个人，如何从对爱的执着，转而引发爱恋的冲突。第三部曲《明晚空中见》以「月亮代表我的心」为主题曲，由杨谨华、宋芸桦、许时豪主演，故事从一场意外为开端，一对关系疏离的母女，如何跨越时空展开一场亲情救援，在奇幻的时序中进行关系的修补与和解。

Never comfortable with human inter-relationships, he married first for love and the spoken intent to make his wife a part of his intellectual life. But responsibilites of family life and a child overcame him. Work in theoretical physics moved his wife and son to a secondary role, and a later love affair with his cousin completed the estrangement. Part of the film is taken from archival material, part is a recreation with Einstein's thoughts presented by an actor. Animations explain basics of his theory of relativity, mass-energy equivalence, and the nature of light.
